I wish the café to become a dynamic spot where people can meet in the city, where they can share relaxed and carefree moments with those in their lives.

I thought it should be the place for every moment of the day – classic breakfasts of my homeland, a coffee and fragrant sfogliatelle pastry, lunches or dinners with friends and colleagues, aperitifs or after-dinner drinks with signature cocktails.

The selected raw materials are excellent and exalt the taste and freshness of what will eventually end up on your plate. I keep telling my children that whatever the outcome is, it wouldn’t be the same if the initial material wasn’t the best.
