BISTROT

My concept of “Bistrot” comes from my desire to give our guests and their friends an elegant, unique experience which exalts the attention paid to details and the memory of traditions. The “Cannavacciuolo Bistrot” and its proposals reflect my idea of cuisine, where the fragrances of the South are paired with the flavors of the North.

I am deeply tied to Piedmont, it is my adopted home and where I have grown as a professional as well as a person. It is also where I met Cinzia, my wife, who has given me two wonderful children. Together we have embarked on this incredible adventure.

After Villa Crespi in Orta San Giulio and the Cannavacciuolo Café & Bistrot in Novara, I felt it was time to pay homage to this region, which I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know more and more over the years.
